Outreach Lesson: Refund Policy
Courses on Outreach Lesson are immediately accessible upon payment. Once user has logged in to the system, and has accessed substantial resources such as, but not limited to course notes, lessons, tests, faqs, and learning packages hosted on the course site, no refund will be given.
If an user has NOT logged onto the course site or accessed substantial resources available on the course site, then the following refund shall be given. The computer system logs shall be used by Outreach to determine the extent of downloads and accesses. Outreach will provide date and time of such logins upon request.
Within 7 days of completion of payment
Payment by online credit card or paypal: 100% except S$10 administrative charges.
Payment by cheque, cash, Singapore bank transfer: 100% except S$25 adminstrative charges.
Payment by foreign bank transfer: 100% except S$100 administrative charges.
(If the net amount is negative, then no refund shall be given.)
From 8 days to 30 days of completion of payment.
Payment by online credit card or paypal: 50% except S$10 administrative charges.
Payment by cheque, cash, Singapore bank transfer: 50% except S$25 adminstrative charges.
Payment by foreign bank transfer: 50% except S$100 administrative charges.
(If the net amount is negative, then no refund shall be given.)
Beyond 30 days
No refund shall be given.
